Terms & Conditions – AniNext

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AniNext, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

AniNext is an anime discovery and tracking application that allows users to:

• Browse and discover anime
• Create and manage watchlists
• Track watched anime
• Receive recommendations

AniNext does NOT provide streaming services.

All anime metadata, ratings, and related content are sourced from third-party APIs, including MyAnimeList.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service
• Abuse or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Create fake or misleading accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The AniNext name, branding, design, and application code are owned by AniNext.

Anime titles, images, and metadata belong to their respective owners and are used via public APIs.

6. Advertisements

AniNext displays advertisements through Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed within the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AniNext shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Third-party API outages

9. Third-Party Services

AniNext relies on third-party services including:

• Supabase (authentication & database)
• MyAnimeList API (anime data)
• Google AdMob (advertising)

We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party providers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws.
